About the Role
Red Access is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition and execution of key product initiatives across our security platform.
This is a highly technical, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering, customers, and field teams to transform complex problems into practical product capabilities. You will own the full product lifecycle—from identifying customer pain points and analyzing market trends through writing detailed product requirements, driving execution, measuring success, and enabling successful product launches.
You will become the go-to product expert for your domain, partnering closely with R&D, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Design Partners to ensure Red Access continues delivering differentiated security solutions for modern enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end definition and execution of product features from discovery through release.
- Gather customer requirements through direct engagement with enterprise customers, partners, and design partners.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and technical product discussions to understand workflows, pain points, and business requirements.
- Drive product validation with design partners and key customers, rapidly incorporating feedback into iterative product improvements.
- Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Engineering throughout development to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery.
- Define measurable product goals, KPIs, and success metrics, and continuously evaluate feature performance using data.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify differentiation opportunities, and influence product direction.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Red Access’ competitive positioning through innovative capabilities and customer-focused solutions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and field readiness.
- Own product release documentation, including release notes, internal enablement materials, and customer-facing communications.
- Serve as the go-to product expert for field teams, supporting customer escalations, strategic opportunities, and technical discussions.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and company objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong background in networking or cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, proxies, secure web gateways, web security, DLP, endpoint security, identity, or SASE/SSE.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network architectures, traffic flows, authentication mechanisms, and security policy design.
- Experience writing detailed product requirements and working closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical problems into simple, scalable product solutions.
- Experience leading customer conversations, gathering product feedback, and validating requirements with enterprise customers.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and making data-driven product decisions.
- Experience performing competitive analysis and identifying market differentiation opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and executive leadership.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience with browser security, SaaS security, GenAI security, CASB, DLP, or Secure Enterprise Browsing.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and identity providers.
- Experience working with enterprise deployment technologies including MDM, Intune, GPO, or JAMF.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing cybersecurity company.
- Technical background in software engineering, networking, or security engineering.
