About the Role

In order to further accelerate our already rapid growth, we are looking for a superstar Growth Manager. The Growth Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning and executing targeted digital marketing programs to drive demand and lead generation in one of the most promising and innovative startups in Israel.

 

Role & Responsibility

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategy and plans to optimize business goals
  • Manage and monitor PPC campaigns on different platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Initiate and manage advertising campaigns on multiple ad platforms
  • Test and analyze new approaches and activities
  • Report on campaign performance regularly
  • Oversee and execute all email marketing and social media activities
  • Manage the marketing automation tool (HubSpot)
  • Experiment with different channels and messages that resonate with target audience segments
  • Track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel and create a predictable and healthy lead generation engine
  • Monitor costs and returns on investments/results

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in hands on digital marketing with outstanding results in B2B tech startups – Cybersecurity experience, an advantage
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary digital marketing roles channels. e.g. email , SEO/PPC, display/re-targeting, and social media
  • Extensive knowledge in ad platforms Google and LinkedIn
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation tools and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot and Salesforce)
  • Experience managing agencies and external resources
  • A track record of success delivering qualified leads, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Experience in running A/B testing or multivariate campaign tests and know how to prototype and test a campaign before scaling up
  • Data driven and excellent analytical skills matched with the ability to distill data into actionable findings
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools
  • Native English Speaker
